Central is a locally-owned regionally sourced gem settled in the heart of Montgomery’s Downtown recreation district. The upscale-casual eatery has three private event places that accommodating 10-300 of your family and friends and its unique places boasting indoor and outdoor functionality; their staff can give the event of your choosing. Central provides wood-fired recipes in an 1890’s warehouse area boasting exposed brick, flickering gas lamps, and a bustling welcoming pantry. The restaurant executive chef Jason Mcgarry has traveled across the South for nearly two decades, developing his career in the culinary industry. He is cooking every method with local and exotic components created with his passion and an excellent way to deliver a dish to your table that is artistically plated and prepared from the heart. Their magical kitchenette is open for lunch five days a week and dinner six nighttime a week.
